This Privacy Policy explains how Haulwise Dispatch ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information about you when you visit haulwisedispatch.com, contact us, receive text messages from us, or use our dispatch services.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, including:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company name, MC number and other carrier details, such as truck type and lanes
• Messages you send us through the website contact form, by email or by text
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when and how you agreed

If you become a client, we also collect the documents needed to set you up with brokers, such as your MC Authority letter, Certificate of Insurance, W-9, factoring notice of assignment or voided check, and signed dispatch agreement.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and talk to you about our services
• To provide dispatch services, including finding loads, negotiating rates, setting you up with brokers and handling paperwork
• To send you text messages you have agreed to receive, as described in our SMS Terms
• To send account and billing notices
• To keep records required by law and to protect our legal rights

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We only share your information when it is needed to provide our services or required by law:

• Freight brokers and shippers. When you ask us to book loads for you, we share your carrier details and documents with the brokers you haul for, so they can set you up and pay you.
• Service providers. We use providers for website hosting, form delivery, email and text messaging. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons. We may share information if required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect our rights.

SMS and mobile information

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms: load assignments and dispatch coordination, pickup and delivery updates, account and billing notices, and customer support replies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies and website data

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and maintenance.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

• If you contact us but do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months and then delete it.
• If you become a client, we keep your information while we work together and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
• We keep records of your SMS consent and opt-out requests for as long as needed to show we followed your choices.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@haulwisedispatch.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

We will delete your information unless we need to keep it to finish work you asked for, to meet a legal requirement, or to keep a record of your opt-out.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
