Dispatch support for owner-operators and fleets
We book your loads. You drive.
Haulwise Dispatch finds your freight, negotiates the rate and handles the paperwork, so your truck stays loaded and you stay off the load boards.

Weekly gross
Your weekly gross depends on how you run. Carriers running OTR or long haul usually gross more than those who stay local or regional and get home more often. Lanes, rates, miles and season also play a part. Figures are typical ranges before fuel, our fee and other expenses, not a guarantee.
Why carriers use a dispatcher
Less time on the phone. More time loaded.
On your own
Hours on the load boards
Time spent searching and calling is time the truck isn't earning.
Paperwork and broker calls
Rate confirmations, packets and check calls pile up while you're driving.
Weak position on rate
One truck negotiating from the road often takes the first offer.
Gaps between loads
Without a reload planned, you sit or you deadhead.
With Haulwise
We search every day
Loads matched to your lanes, your equipment and your schedule.
We handle the brokers
Appointments, check calls and paperwork go through your dispatcher.
We negotiate for you
We push on rate per mile and count the deadhead before you see a load.
We plan the reload
Your next load is lined up before the current one delivers.
How it works

FAQ
Answers to common dispatch questions
What do dispatch services include?
Finding loads, negotiating rates, broker setup, check calls, paperwork, and following up on detention and lumper pay. You get one dispatcher who does all of it.
How do you charge?
A percentage of the gross rate on each load we book and you haul. There is nothing to pay on weeks your truck doesn't run.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes. If your authority is new, we help you get set up with brokers that work with new carriers and build your lanes from there.
What types of trucks do you support?
Dry vans, box trucks, reefers, flatbeds and hotshots.
How quickly can I start?
As soon as we have your documents and your signed dispatch agreement, we start searching for loads.
Are you a broker?
No. Haulwise Dispatch works for you, the carrier. You haul under your own authority and the broker pays you directly.
